Employers with employees who work in the the State of California are subject to annual minimum wage adjustments with different rates based on employer size.
Beginning January 1, 2020, the following minimum wage rates will apply:
A rate of $13.00 per hour for employers with 26 or more employees
A rate of $12.00 per hour for employers with 25 or fewer employees
